A plot of land sells badly for as long as buyers have to imagine it. We show what could be built there — photorealistically, set into the real drone and exterior shots of the parcel. The basis is always a feasibility study under the applicable building and zoning regulations: what you see here would actually be permitted.

What is included — and what is not
A visualisation is set into real photographs. The parcel’s drone and exterior shots are therefore part of it by necessity; without them there is nothing for anything to stand in — the configurator adds both automatically. The price is per visualisation: anyone who wants to show two variants orders two. The study itself is not included — it comes from the architect or building consultancy, and we work with what is there.
