Property video
A reel for the listing, a vertical one for the phone — or a film for the property that needs more explaining than a picture can give.
Showcase films
Under a minute, cut to the music — for the listing and for social media.
We film on the same day as the photos — a second trip would mean a second price. The edit follows the route a viewing takes: arrival, entrance, the room that defines the property and, finally, the view outside. Under a minute, because a listing doesn’t get more time than that. Like everything else, the reel is ready 72 hours after the shoot in your client area.
Vertical reels
9:16 for the phone — for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, for stories and for the listing on a mobile screen.
The showcase is cut in landscape, for the screen. The reel is vertical, the way a phone sits in your hand: 30 to 60 seconds, with the edit built around the first few seconds, because that is when people decide whether to keep watching or swipe on. It is shot on the same day as the photos. On request, the same shoot yields further reels: a different cut, a different language or a different focus.

Films with a narrative
Longer, with interviews and storytelling — for properties that have a story to tell.
Here someone stands in front of the camera — the owners, the architect or you yourself. We prepare the questions so that the film contains answers rather than a list of rooms. We record the sound separately: a film with good pictures and poor sound looks amateurish, while the reverse is barely noticed. For the shoot, allow two to three hours on site.
From our properties
Three examples from the past year, from chalet to new build.
Three examples that show how differently the same service may look: a chalet lives on the morning light, a new build on its geometry, a city apartment on the path through its rooms. What stays the same is the visual language — the same colour mood as in the photos of the same property, so that listing and film don’t look like two separate jobs.
