We are registered with the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) as an operator of unmanned aircraft. We fly exclusively within the applicable regulations — keeping our distance from uninvolved persons, outside flight restriction zones and, where a permit is required, with that permit.
Clients who need our operator number for their own records can obtain it on request.
All photographs, films and drone footage on this website were produced by us. We use no stock imagery and no third-party footage — what you see here comes from our own shoots at real properties.
Standard image editing — exposure, colour, perspective — we do by hand. We use artificial intelligence for the virtual services: virtual staging, virtual renovation, removing distracting objects.
These services can be booked — but we sometimes add them without being asked: on a first job, to show what is possible, or for a property whose condition a plain shot cannot carry. In that case: the unedited shot remains the delivered file; the virtual version comes as an additional file, marked as virtually edited. If you do not want this, you can deselect it when ordering.
The source file is always one of our own shots — we do not create objects that do not exist, nor rooms that never existed as shown.
When we deliver virtual staging or virtual renovation as a service, we mark the files concerned as virtually edited. What this means for a listing is set out in section 9 of our terms and conditions.
